Traditionally Arabic calligraphy is very structured and disciplined art. For many it can be extremely overwhelming. Each letter is scaled based on the nib size of the pen. Not to mentioned it usually costs quite a bit to start learning calligraphy as well.
Grey Lines provides an alternative for those who just want to learn about the general concept of calligraphy and pen control. It eliminates the need to purchase expensive pens, inks, paper and other materials to get started. All you need is a normal permanent marker and any of the workbooks.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

Teach students the variations of different kinds of angles made with a normal markers

Students will learn how to write their own names and various letters in Calligraphy.

OUTCOME:
Students will learn the basic's of pen control and design for Calligraphy. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to spell their own name and work within their workbooks to better perfect their Calligraphy skills. Students receive a Grey Lines Calligraphy Workbook and Pen.

I'm a local self taught free hand artist living in Surrey. Currently I'm a full-time student attending at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Ever since I was young I had a passion for art and design. I've been practicing calligraphy for the past 10 years. I write in both English and Arabic. Recently I've put together a workbook on Arabic Calligraphy.
